This class is intended for dogs and handlers that have gone through obedience training and are interested in obtaining the Canine Good Citizenship (CGC) title. Canine Good Citizen is a 10-skill test that teaches good manners to dogs and responsible dog ownership to their owners.The class will help prepare the handler for CGC testing. Completion of this class does not automatically qualify your dog for CGC. An additional evaluation will need to be offered at the conclusion of class.

Betty has been a pillar of the MAKC training team for over 20 years. Betty is also a Wood County 4H advisor and trainer for dog competition. Betty is a certified Canine Good Citizen, S.T.A.R. Puppy, and Therapy Dog evaluator. You can also contact Betty to request a therapy dog visit.
